Product Description
Opinel Commemorative Slip Joint – Olive Wood (3.3″ Carbon Steel) OP1514
The No8 is the most sold and versatile size in the ever growing line of Opinel folding knives. This knife is small enough to be used as a pocket knife and its 3.3″ blade prevents it from being considered a weapon in most states (please check with your state).
Invented by Marcel Opinel in 1955, the Virobloc safety ring is fitted to all folding knives sizes No6 through No12. Cut out of stainless steel, the Virobloc has two sections, one fixed and one sliding.

The mythical tree of the Mediterranean ! This hard wood is yellow to orange in appearance and has dense and often complex veining. Soft to the touch, it has a nice polish.
